Headquartered in New York City with a community of Chapters around the world, The Explorers Club has been supporting scientific expeditions of all disciplines, and uniting our members in the bonds of good fellowship for over a century.

Visit the Club– The Adventurers' Club is a social club. We require prospective members to visit. Look up a program you're interested in. If it's an open night, you are welcome to make a reservation and attend.

How much does it cost to join the Core Club NYC?
From 2005 to 2022 the CORE Club was based at 66 East 55th Street in Manhattan before moving to 711 Fifth Avenue in September 2022. The members of CORE Club are drawn from the financial and social elite of New York. The initiation fee for the club is $50,000 with subsequent annual dues of $17,000.
' The founding members established an initiation fee of $150 and annual dues at $100, which put the Colony Club on the level of the most expensive men's club. They also set exclusive admission standards.
